It works with both. The file is an .xlsx format that opens natively in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. All formulas, formatting, and conditional color-coding are fully compatible with Google Sheets — just upload it to your Google Drive and open it. No conversion needed.

All fee rates live in a single Settings tab. If Whatnot updates their commission or processing rates, you change one cell and every formula across all 100 item rows and 50 show rows updates automatically.
